In order to organize a refund under these terms and conditions for online orders, the customer must notify Renewed Gadgets within 14 days of taking receipt of the goods by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a reason for return.
The customer must comply with the directions of the Pimp my gadget staff in order to facilitate the refund.
Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions the refund will be the amount of the purchase excluding the delivery cost as specified in the customer’s order.
The 14 day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their product. Where there is no proof of delivery this date will be assumed to be 5 business days after dispatch of the product.
The product must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund and it is the customers responsibility to pay for postage back to our shop (unless the item is faulty).
Products must be returned in original packaging in a saleable condition.
After receiving the returned products Renewed Gadgets will issue a refund within 7 days through the method of payment that was used for the order.
Change of mind returns are only valid for online orders.
